NAC Breda appointed Rick Kruys as head coach on Tuesday, less than 24 hours after sacking Carl Hoefkens. Kruys signed a two-year contract and will lead the Keuken Kampioen Divisie club in Friday's match. Technical director Peter Maas said Kruys knows what it takes to compete in the Dutch second tier.
